Nicole Hart became a Realtor in 2002, she had a passion and drive to learn every aspect of the business. Nicole was with one of the fastest and most respected real estate companies for over 12 years, that company gave Nicole all the tools and education she could ever want. She never turned down any deal, if she didn't know how, she would learn.
Well over a decade in this profession Nicole has to be one of the most diverse agents around. She has sold over $6.9 Million in a single transaction to a home for just $1,000.

Having grown up in all aspects of Real Estate, I can honestly say she already has years of experience. From understanding that when the phone rings you answer, to going along on showings with me, either to preview an investment for us or simply to accompany me with clients. Most of my client's probably recall seeing my girls during a transaction. Brooklyn also understands all avenues of real estate, from leasing to sales, to collection of rents. Buying, selling, comps, negotiations, inspections, and clear to close, she has heard these things all of her life. Years ago, she would send me listings in the area and make notes etc. It's in her heart and bones. She has bought and sold homes of theirs and now she looks forward to helping anyone on their journey of the American Dream of homeownership.
She understands the concept of basic know how in the community. Local Delhisian with a broader knowledge than most since she literally grew up here. The west side of Cincinnati is definitely our Home Town. Hartland is really the home of Realtors with Hart. We are local to your community and we know what's going on in the Neighborhood. Our company is based on the West Side of Cincinnati, Ohio. We have been selling in our own backyard all of our career. Sometimes selling the same home a few times as families upgrade or downsize. This always amazes me and it gains insight for the new owners since we have been part of the history.
We are licensed in Ohio, Kentucky , Indiana & South Carolina. A short drive across the river brings us directly into Northern Kentucky. It is a favorite area and we are familiar with what 's going on there. Hartland has managed some of the hidden gems of Northern Kentucky, often boasting the best views of the area. We love Ky. and are close enough to assist in your home search. Indiana is another favorite of ours, a short drive form our home. The luxury of selling in Indiana is that the drive out is worth the time. The River is always beautiful. Homes are more rural with land. Those country homes are some of my favorites. I know how can we sell in South Carolina and be here, well we do a fine job at it. We have knowledge of the area because our family moved to Murrells Inlet where I opened Hartland. AKA Oceans Breeze Realty. We relocated when the recession hit. That's almost a decade ago and we are still strong in the area. We worked for the largest Management Company in the area and had over 3500 units from Calabash to Georgetown. It is one of my favorite places bonus we get to visit and search for homes for our buyers!
